Where is my data stored?

On servers inside the European Union. No data is replicated to, processed in, or accessible from the United States.

Is my data shared with US companies?

No. There are no US subprocessors, so your data never falls under US law or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Are session recordings GDPR-compliant?

They are built to meet GDPR and ePrivacy requirements: recordings mask form inputs and sensitive text in the browser before anything is sent, no IP addresses are stored, and a data processing agreement is available on request.

How is this different from Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity?
